Couldn't agree more on most points - although unfortunately I doubt that any court will ever deliver real justice on this front. These abstract systems we've invented to try to deal with these issues are laughably inadequate when they face up to real genocide in real-time by an ally, not an enemy, of the 'western democracies.' I fear it's going to take a people's justice campaign waged by any means necessary to bring back any semblance of accountability to the rich and powerful whose careers and profits are being made on the back of the slaughter in Gaza
